双眼Coats病合并单眼原始玻璃体持续增生症一例

Bilateral Coats′ disease combined with the unilateral persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous:a case report

患者,女性,11岁。因“双眼突然出现闪光感伴视力渐进性下降1年半”就诊,不伴眼疼、头疼,不伴有恶心,患者于2017年10月在当地医院诊断为双眼Coats病,给予左眼球内注射抗血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及双眼视网膜光凝术治疗后,效果欠佳,视力进一步下降。
