摘要
BIM技术是基于各项建筑工程信息作为基础来建立三维建筑模型,施工企业通过BIM的应用,就能够提升施工管理水平,确保施工质量,从而获取可观的经济效益,本文基于BIM的高层住宅施工管理技术进行分析,希望可以明确BIM技术应用的成效。
BIM technology is based on the construction of information as a basis to build the 3 d building model, construction enterprises through the application of BIM, can enhance the level of construction management and ensure the construction quality, so as to obtain considerable economic benefits, this article is based on BIM high-rise residential construction management technology were analyzed, and hope can clear the BIM technology application results.
