中重度特应性皮炎患儿14种食物不耐受检测结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析中重度特应性皮炎(AD)患儿14种食物不耐受检测结果,能为临床治疗提供依据.方法137例中重度特应性皮炎患儿作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)对其进行14种食物不耐受检测,观察并分析检测结果.结果137例患儿中131例患儿对至少1种食物不耐受,食物不耐受阳性率为95.62%.137例患儿中14种食物不耐受阳性率最高的为鸡蛋85.40%(117/137),其余依次为牛奶63.50%(87/137)、鳕鱼46.72%(64/137)、西红柿43.07%(59/137)、小麦41.61%(57/137);而不耐受程度++及以上的食物不耐受阳性率最高的也为鸡蛋73.72%(101/137),其次为牛奶42.34%(58/137)、鳕鱼19.71%(27/137)、小麦18.25%(25/137)、西红柿13.87%(19/137).男性患儿食物不耐受阳性率为49.64%,女性患儿食物不耐受阳性率为98.44%,不同性别患儿食物不耐受阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论食物不耐受检测可为中重度特应性皮炎患儿寻找部分食物过敏原,为患儿的临床个性化治疗提供理论依据,对于患儿进行相应的食谱调整具有一定的指导意义. Objective To analyze 14 kinds of food intolerance test results in children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD), so as to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 137 children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis were tested for 14 kinds of food intolerance by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Observation and comparison were made on test results. Results Among 137 children, 131 children were intolerant to at least 1 kind of food, with positive rate of food intolerance as 95.62%. The highest positive rate of 14 kinds of food intolerance was 85.40%(117/137) for eggs, followed by 63.50%(87/137) for milk, 46.72%(64/137) for cod, 43.07%(59/137) for tomatoes and 41.61%(57/137) for wheat. The highest rate of food intolerance with an intolerance of ++ and above was 73.72%(101/137) for eggs, followed by 42.34%(58/137) for milk, 19.71%(27/137) for salmon, and 18.25 %(25/137) for wheat, 13.87%(19/137) for tomatoes. The positive rate of food intolerance was 49.64% in males and 98.44% in females. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of food intolerance between males and females (P〉0.05). Conclusion Food intolerance test can find some food allergens for children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, provide theoretical basis for personalized clinical treatment of children, and have certain guiding significance for the corresponding dietary adjustment of children.
