利用微信平台实施延续护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy based on WeChat platform

目的探讨利用微信平台实施延续护理对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者生活质量的影响.方法220例基本掌握微信使用方法的DR患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组110例.两组患者均接受相同的护理措施及常规出院宣教,在此基础上,对照组患者采用电话随访方式实施延续护理,观察组患者利用微信平台实施延续护理.比较两组患者干预前及干预6个月后的简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分.结果干预6个月后,两组患者的SF-36量表各维度评分均明显高于干预前,且观察组患者的SF-36量表精神健康、社会功能、躯体疼痛、生理功能、情感职能、精力、生理职能、一般状况各维度评分分别为(82.80±3.96)、(82.40±4.45)、(80.20±4.44)、(82.40±4.53)、(79.00±3.61)、(81.70±4.11)、(82.00±4.59)、(79.30±3.67)分,均明显高于对照组的(69.10±3.17)、(68.50±3.77)、(67.80±5.33)、(71.80±4.47)、(68.30±3.70)、(68.10±3.37)、(71.50±4.41)、(70.30±3.35)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论利用微信平台对DR患者实施延续护理可有效提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用.

Objective To discuss the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) based on WeChat platform. Methods A total of 220 DR patients who basically mastered WeChat were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 110 cases in each group. Both groups received the same nursing measures and routine discharge education. On this basis, the control group were followed up by telephone, while the observation group received continuous nursing based on Wechat platform. The short form-36 health survey (SF-36) score before intervention and after 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of intervention, both groups had obviously higher SF-36 score than those before intervention, and the observation group had SF-36 score of mental health, social function, physical pain, physiological function, emotional function, energy, physiological function and general condition respectively as (82.80±3.96),(82.40±4.45),(80.20±4.44),(82.40±4.53),(79.00±3.61),(81.70±4.11),(82.00±4.59) and (79.30±3.67) points, which were obviously higher than (69.10±3.17),(68.50±3.77),(67.80 ±5.33),(71.80±4.47),(68.30±3.70),{68.10±3.37),(71.50 ±4.41) and (70.30±3.35) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and it is worthy of promotion and application.
