气象工作服务广西生态文明建设的思考

Thoughts on Meteorological Work Serving the Construction of Ecological Civilization in Guangxi

近年来,广西气象部门在生态文明建设中的作用日益凸显。但也存在生态环境观测能力弱、生态文明气象保障能力不足、生态气象服务业务体系不健全、标准规范和法律法规不完善等问题。针对气象服务生态文明建设中存在的问题,提出了围绕保持“山清水秀生态美”优势品牌做文章、做好清洁能源开发利用气象服务、做好生态产业发展气象服务、积极探索环境气象服务以及加强组织保障,确保业务体系建设等方面,提升生态文明建设气象服务水平的思路。

In recent years, the role of meteorological departments in the construction of ecological civilization in Guangxi has become increasingly prominent. However, there are still some problems, such as weak observation ability of ecological environment, insufficient meteorological support ability of ecological civilization, imperfect service system of ecological meteorological service as well as imperfect standards, laws and regulations. In view of the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization for meteorological services, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the meteorological services by focusing on maintaining the superior brand of "beautiful scenery and beautiful ecology", such as developing and utilizing meteorological services for clean energy, developing meteorological services for ecological industry, actively exploring environmental meteorological services, strengthening organizational guarantee and ensuring the construction of operational system, etc.
