缩泉益肾方对糖尿病肾病小鼠的保护作用

Protective Effect of Suoquan Yishen Formulaon Diabetic Nephropathy Mice

目的:研究缩泉益肾方对糖尿病肾病(DN)小鼠的保护作用。方法:将小鼠分为正常组、模型组、厄贝沙坦组、缩泉益肾方高低剂量组。检测血糖、BUN、尿蛋白、SCr排泄量及GSH、CAT活性。结果:厄贝沙坦组、缩泉益肾方高低剂量组降低DN小鼠血糖。模型组BUN、尿蛋白、SCr排泄量高于正常组且GSH、CAT活性低于正常组,模型组给予缩泉益肾方后BUN、尿蛋白、SCr排泄量显著下降,GSH、CAT活性显著上升。结论:缩泉益肾方能降低DN小鼠血糖水平,降低尿蛋白、BUN、SCr的排泄量,及增加CAT、GSH活力,从而达到保护DN小鼠的作用。

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Suoquan Yishen Formula on diabetic nephropathy mice.Method:The mice were divided into normal group,model group,irbesartan group,Suoquan Yishen Formulahigh and low dose groups.Blood glucose, BUN, urine protein, SCr excretion, GSH and CAT activity were detected.Results:The blood glucose of DN mice was decreased in the irbesartan group and the Suoquan Yishen Formulagroup. In the model group,BUN,urine protein and SCr were higher than those of the normal group,while GSH and CAT activities were lower than those of the normal group. In the model group,BUN,urine protein,SCr,GSH and CAT activity were significantly decreased after the treatment of Suoquan Yishen Formula. Conclusion: Suoquan Yishen Formulacan reduce the blood glucose level of DN mice,reduce the excretion of urine protein,BUN,SCr,and increase the activities of CAT and GSH,so as to protect DN mice.
