益气通痹中药合四物汤治疗结肠癌术后化疗相关性手足综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Yiqi Tongbi Prescription Combined with Siwu Decoction in Treatment of Colon Cancer Patientspostoperative Chemotherapy Related Hand Foot Syndrome

目的:探讨益气通痹中药合四物汤治疗结肠癌术后化疗相关性手足综合征的临床研究。方法:将2012年3月-2017年3月结肠癌术后化疗相关性手足综合征患者120例,随机分两组,各60例,对照组采用维生素B6100 mg口服,Tid,甲钴胺片0.5 g,Tid;在此基础上,观察组采用益气通痹中药合四物汤治疗,每日1剂,3周为1疗程,共2个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效、卡氏评分(Karnofsky,KPS)、数字评估法(numeric rating scales,NRS)及中医证候积分,记录不良反应状况。结果:对照组有效率88.33%低于观察组91.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和观察组KPS评分分别为(81.02±6.37)、(86.62±7.24),NRS评分分别为(1.53±0.85)、(0.77±0.62),手足麻木分别为(2.03±0.75)、(1.12±0.63),刺痛拒按分别为(1.56±0.76)、(0.81±0.63),肌肤甲错分别为(1.35±0.63)、(0.71±0.49),面色微黄分别为(1.20±0.64)、(0.61±0.43),对照组和观察组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气通痹中药合四物汤治疗结肠癌术后化疗相关性手足综合征的疗效确切,降低疼痛,改善体力状况和中医证候,且患者可以耐受,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical study of Yiqi Tongbi prescriptions combined with Siwu Decoction in the treatment of colon cancer patientspostoperative chemotherapy related hand foot syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 cases of postoperative chemotherapyrelated handfoot syndrome of colon cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group received vitamin B6100 mg orally,three times a day, Mecobalamin tablets 0.5 g,three times a day. The observation group addtionally received Yiqi Tongbi traditional Chinese medicine combined with Siwu Decoction, a dose a day, 3 weeks for a course of treatment, and two groups were treated for a total of 2 courses. The clinical efficacy, Karnofsky score(KPS), numerical rating scales(NRS) and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared, and adverse reactions were recorded. Results: The effective rate of the control group(88.33%) waslower thanthe observation group’s(91.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the KPS scores of control group and observation group were 81.02±6.37 and 86.62±7.24, respectively. NRS scores were 1.53±0.85 and 0.77±0.62, respectively. The numbness scores of hand and foot were 2.03±0.75 and 1.12±0.63, respectively. The prickling and refusal to press were 1.56±0.76 and 0.81±0.63, and nail mistakes were 1.35±0.63 and 0.71±0.49 and yellowish complexion scores were 1.20±0.64 and 0.61±0.43. All the differences between the control group and the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Tongbi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction is effective in treating postoperative chemotherapyrelated handfoot syndrome of colon cancer. It can reduce pain, improve physical condition and TCM syndromes, and patients can tolerate it. It is worthy of promoting.
