石斛夜光丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症临床及安全性评估

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Dendrobium Glow-in-the-dark Pills Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in Treatment of Dry Eyes

目的:探究石斛夜光丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症临床疗效及安全性。方法:纳入114例干眼症患者,均由医院2016年5月-2018年5月收治,根据治疗方案不同将其平均分组为观察组与对照组,对照组患者(57例)给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组患者(57例)在对照组治疗基础上联合石斛夜光丸治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分、治疗前后两组患者泪液分泌实验、泪膜破裂时间测定、角膜荧光素染色评分、治疗前后两组患者结膜充血评分、睑板腺评分及OSDI量表评分、不良反应情况及治疗前后患者生活质量评分(SF-36量表)。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(98.25%)高于对照组(87.72%),P<0.05;两组患者治疗前中医证候积分相当,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者中医证候积分均改善,观察组优于对照组,P<0.01;治疗前两组患者泪液分泌实验、泪膜破裂时间测定、角膜荧光素染色评分、结膜充血评分、睑板腺评分及OSDI量表评分均相当,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者泪液分泌实验、泪膜破裂时间测定、角膜荧光素染色评分、结膜充血评分、睑板腺评分及OSDI量表评分均改善,观察组改善优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相同,均为3.51%,P>0.05;治疗前两组患者SF-36评分相当,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者SF-36评分改善,观察组改善优于对照组,P<0.01。结论:石斛夜光丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症临床疗效显著,患者症状改善,恢复好,不良反应率少,安全性高,生活质量提升,值得临床推广以及应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Dendrobium Glow-in-the-dark Pills combined with sodium hyaluronate eyedrops in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods:The study included 114 patients with dry eyes, According to the different treatments,the patients were grouped into observation group and control group. The control group(57 cases) used sodium hyaluronate eye drops and the observation group(57 cases) combined with Dendrobium Glow-in-the-dark Pills. We compared two groups’ clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, tear secretion experiment, tear filmrupture time, corneal fluorescein staining scores, conjunctival congestion evaluation, meibomian gland and OSDI rating scale, adverse reactions and patient quality of life scores(SF-36 scale) before and after treatment.Results:The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group(98.25%) was higher than that of the control group(87.72%)(P<0.05). Before treatment, the TCM syndrome points of the two groups were similar(P>0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome points of each group were improved, and the observation group’s was superior to that of the control group(P<0.01). Tear secretion experiment, tear film rupture time, corneal fluorescein staining scores, conjunctival congestion evaluation, meibomian gland and OSDI rating scale of the two groups were not different(P>0.05). After treatment,tear secretion experiment, tear film rupture time, corneal fluorescein staining scores, conjunctival congestion score, meibomian gland score and OSDI rating scale were improved. The observation group’s improvementwas better than that of the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions was the same in the observation group and the control group, both of which were 3.51%(P>0.05). The SF-36 scores of the two groups before treatment were similar(P>0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 scores of each group were improvedand the observation group’s was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Dendrobium Glow-In-The-Dark Pills combined with sodium hyaluronate eyedrops in the treatment of xerophthalmia is remarkable. The symptoms of the patients are improved and recovered well. The adverse reaction rate is low.
