鞍钢经过多年的发展,其生产能力得到很大的提升,由于生产能力增加各种原燃料随之增加,目前原燃料运输基本以铁路为主,大宗原燃料均采用翻车机卸车,铁路翻车机翻车能力不足、线路数目不足已显现出来,尽管经过几次局部改造有所改善,运输部门对车辆作业形式及运输组织形式也进行了实时调整和优化,但是还有很多到达的车辆不能及时推送和排出,已成为影响运输作业的瓶颈。

At present, the tippler is adopted for unloading all bulk of crude fuel. The capacity of railway tippler and number of lines is insufficient. Many arrived vehicles can't push and discharge timely, although these problems are improved after several times' partial modification, real time adjustment and optimization of vehicle operation and transport organization form by transportation department. This has became the bottleneck of affecting transportation operation.
