活性炭促进硫化物推动短程硝化反硝化污泥颗粒化研究 被引量:3

GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON(GAC) PROMOTING THE GRANULATION OF SULFIDE-DRIVEN SHORTCUT NITRIFICATION AND DENITRIFICATION SLUDGE

摘要 研究向反应器中投加颗粒活性炭(GAC),为其主要作用细菌氨氧化菌(AOB)和硫氧化菌(SOB)提供凝集的载体,促进硫化物推动短程硝化反硝化污泥颗粒化。在室温条件下,以低碳氮比(C/N)市政污水为模拟水样反应器,共运行70 d。结果表明:在水力停留时间(HRT)为6 h条件下,投加颗粒活性炭21 d后污泥成功实现颗粒化,总氮去除率稳定达到95%。强化阶段,HRT为3 h,在高负荷条件下TN去除率仍可达到90%以上。重点分析了反应器内生物量变化、颗粒污泥粒径变化及分布、颗粒沉降性能和胞外聚合物(EPS)变化等规律。活性炭作为"初始晶核"对污泥颗粒化起到促进作用。系统具有脱氮效率高,高负荷下稳定性高等优点,适用于处理低碳氮比的市政污水及工业污水。 In this paper,granular activated carbon( GAC) was added to the reactor to provide aggregating carrier for the main bacterial ammonia oxidizing bacteria( AOB) and sulfur oxidizing bacteria( SOB),which could promote the granulation of sulfide-driven shortcut nitrification and denitrification sludge. The results showed that the sludge was successfully granulated after adding the granular activated carbon for 21 d under the condition of hydraulic retention time( HRT) for 6 h,and the total nitrogen removal rate for 95%. In the intensive phase,the HRT was 3 h,and the total nitrogen removal rate could still reach90% above under higher load. The study focued on the changing law of biomass and particle size within the reactor,distribution of granular sludge,particle sedimentation performance and changes in extracellular polymer( EPS). Activated carbon,as an "initial nucleus ",promoted sludge granulation. The system had the advantages of high nitrogen removal efficiency and high stability under high load,which was suitable for treating municipal and industrial sewage with low carbon to nitrogen ratio( C/N).
