钢铁行业HAPs控排分析:以烧结工序为例 被引量:2

摘要 钢铁行业产业规模大,工序流程长,吨钢污染物排放量高,烧结工序作为钢铁行业主要排污环节,其HAPs风险防控面临严峻挑战。针对钢铁行业HAPs污染控制难题,介绍了当前HAPs国内外管控现状,以烧结工序为例并结合其工艺流程和排污节点,详细论述了烧结烟气中汞和VOCs 2类主要HAPs污染物的排放特征,分析了控制技术,并提出了钢铁行业HAPs减排建议。 The iron & steel industry has the characteristics of large industrial scale and long process flow. Large quantities of pollutants are generated in the steel production process. The sintering process is the main pollutant discharge source in the iron& steel industry. The risk prevention and control of HAPs faces serious challenges. In view of the problems of HAPs control in the iron & steel industry,this paper introduced the current status of HAPs control in the world. Taking the sintering process as an example,the emission characteristics of mercury and VOCs in sintering smoke were discussed,in combination with the process flow and the sewage node. The control techniques of HAPs were analyzed. The suggestion of reducing HAPs in the iron& steel industry was put forward.
