建筑垃圾再生砖的早期强度性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 为全面了解建筑垃圾再生砖的早期强度性能,对比分析了再生骨料材性、原料配比及成型养护条件对建筑垃圾再生砖的早期抗压强度的影响。结果表明:初始含水率、骨料最大粒径和颗粒级配对水灰比和再生砖密实度的作用明显;适当的水灰比和灰骨比可促进水化反应和调控水化反应产物;提出了制备再生砖的最佳工艺,以此制备出8 h早期抗压强度可达11. 98 MPa的建筑垃圾再生砖,其相应28 d抗压强度高达26. 89 MPa,达到MU25强度等级。研究结果可为建筑垃圾再生砖的规模化生产提供参考。 To fully understand the early strength performance of construction waste regeneration brick,the effects of recycled aggregate properties,materials ratios and curing conditions on the early compressive strength of construction waste regeneration brick were compared and analyzed. The results showed that initial water content,aggregate maximum particle size and particle grading could affect the water cement ratio and regeneration brick compactness. The appropriate water cement ratio and cement aggregate ratio could promote the hydration reaction and regulate the hydration reaction products. Then the optimum technology for the preparation of regeneration brick was put forward. Finally,a kind of construction waste regeneration brick with 8 h compressive strength of 11. 98 MPa was prepared,and its corresponding 28 d compressive strength was as high as 26. 89 MPa,which could reach the grade of MU25. The experimental results could provide references for large-scale production of construction waste regenetion brick.
