摘要 浙江绍兴袍江大桥主桥为(40+3×185+40) m飞鸟式三主跨钢管混凝土拱桥。拱肋采用抛物线形,主拱肋由4根φ900 mm的钢管通过中腹板组成2个横哑铃形断面,再通过腹杆构成矩形截面,主拱钢管和哑铃形断面内灌注C50无收缩混凝土;边拱肋采用C40钢筋混凝土结构。为平衡拱肋的水平推力,每片拱肋布设12束27-φj15.24 mm钢绞线柔性成品系杆(全桥通长)。每个吊点设2根可更换式85-φ7 mm镀锌平行钢丝成品索吊杆。工字形钢横梁与预制π形钢筋混凝土桥面板构成钢-混结合梁。主墩采用分离式实体墩,边墩采用柱式墩,基础均采用群桩基础。该桥采用缆索吊装法施工。采用ANSYS软件进行主桥整体分析,结果表明该桥各杆件应力均满足规范要求。 The main bridge of Paojiang River Bridge in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is a flying-bird-type arch bridge which consists of three-span concrete-filled steel tube arch and has a span arrangement of (40+3×185+40) m. The arch rib is in a parabolic form, and the main arch rib consists of four φ900 mm steel tubes to form two transverse dumbbell-shaped sections through the middle web, and to form a rectangular section through web members. The main arch steel tube and the dumbbell-shaped section are filled with C50 non-shrinkage concrete, while the side arch rib is constructed with C40 reinforced concrete. To balance the horizontal thrust of arch ribs, 12 flexible finished tie bars (full bridge length) of 27-φj15.24 mm steel strands are laid on each arch rib. Two replaceable 85-φ7 mm galvanized parallel steel wire hangers are installed at each hanging point. I-shaped steel beams and prefabricated π-shaped reinforced concrete bridge deck constitute steel-concrete composite girders. Separate solid pier is used for main pier and column pier for side pier. Group piles are used for foundation. The bridge is constructed by a cable hoisting method. The structure of the main bridge is analyzed by ANSYS software. The results show that the stress of each member of the bridge meets the requirements of the design specifications.
