摘要
针对泰州电厂扩大储煤量的需求,对条形储煤场、圆形储煤场、圆筒仓、气膜穹顶混凝土仓四种储煤方式进行比较分析,气膜穹顶混凝土仓采用充气膜钢筋混凝土结构,是一种因施工技术改进而产生的新型结构形式,储煤具有全封闭、“先进先出”的特点,在安全及环保方面比条形储煤场和圆形储煤场具有优势,在土建造价方面比圆筒仓更低。气膜穹顶混凝土仓可作为今后电厂储煤设施的优先选择。
In order to cater to the need of Taizhou Power Plant for expanding coal storage volume, a comparative analysis is made of the coal storing modes of 4 different coal storage facilities-strip-typed stockyard, circular stockyard, silo and air-film domed-roof concrete silo. The latter is of air-film concrete structure, which is a novel structural form derived through improvement of construction technology. It offers the special features of being totally enclosed and the coal moves on a first-in first-out basis. It is far superior to the strip-type and circular-type stockyards in terms of operating safety and environmental protection, and its construction cost is much lower than ordinary silo. This kind of silo is an optimum selection for coal storage in power plants.
