影响建设工程项目成本因素的改变会引起项目成本的显著变化,利用影响项目成本的主要因素建立系统动力学模型。针对项目的简化模型主要用于预测项目成本的动态变化趋势,通过各个影响因素对项目成本影响的研究,找出项目成本的关键影响因素,以便根据仿真结果制定工程项目成本控制措施。
