摘要 备自投装置能够自动切入备用电源,保证电网持续可靠供电,但在链式或多电源电网结构中,常规备自投受本身功能所限不能满足要求。现有的区域备自投,大多依赖调度自动化系统,存在采集的遥测、遥信和保护信号实时性较差而导致备用电源动作行为不准确。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于“区域实时采样、实时交换数据、实时判别、实时控制”的电网自愈控制系统,并以重庆110kV“星形”电网的实际为例,从自愈系统的整体框架、实施方案、适应范围、自愈逻辑及站间通信技术进行了详细阐述。该系统对提高电网的供电可靠性及电网智能化发展具有积极的推广意义。 Automatic transfer switch (ATS) can automatically switch on the standby power supply to ensure continuous and reliable power supply.However,local conventional ATS cannot meet the requirements in the chain or multi-power grid. Regional ATS,mainly EMS-based,often operates inaccurately because of poor real-time performance of telemetry,remote signaling and protection signals.Regarding the above issue,this paper proposes a grid self-healing system based on “regional real-time sampling,real-time exchange of data,real-time discrimination,real-time control”.Take the actual situation of Chongqing 110 kV grid as an example,the overall framework,implementation plan,adaptation range,self-healing logic and inter-station communication technology of the system are introduced in detail.It has positive promotion significance for improving the power supply reliability and the intelligent development of power grid.
