泰州市居民健康素养干预效果分析

Intervention Effect Analysis on Health Literacy Status of Residents in Taizhou City

目的分析对泰州市居民健康素养状况的干预效果,探讨影响健康素养水平变化的相关影响因素并提出相应措施。方法泰州市居民于2013年开始,针对性开展健康素养干预,研究纳入2013年以及2017年泰州市居民健康素养状况调查资料,对调查结果展开对比,分析各影响因素的变化情况。结果泰州市2013年与2017年调查对象的人口学和社会学特征分布中,地区分布存在显差异,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);调查对象性别、年龄结构、文化程度等均未见差异(P> 0.05);2017年调查对象整体健康素养水平显著优于2013年(P <0.05)。结论提高城乡居民健康素养的重点要求落实健康教育与健康促进工作,相关部门需加大对农村以及城乡结合部等经济欠发达的区域的健康教育工作,提高城乡居民健康素养还需进一步建立、健全各级健康素养监测的工作机制与体系。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect on the health literacy status of residents in Taizhou City, to explore the related factors affecting the change of health literacy level and propose corresponding measures. Methods Residents in Taizhou City started targeted health literacy intervention since 2013. The study included the survey data of residents’ health literacy status in Taizhou City in 2013 and 2017 to compare the results of the survey and to analyze the changes of influencing factors.Results There were significant differences in regional distribution in the demographic and sociological characteristics of Taizhou city in 2013 and2017(P < 0.05). No obvious difference was found in gender, age structure and educational level among the respondents(P > 0.05). Additionally, the overall health literacy level of the respondents in 2017 was significantly better than that in 2013(P < 0.05). Conclusion Improvement in the health literacy status of urban and rural residents requires the implementation of health education and health promotion. Relevant departments need to strengthen health education in underdeveloped areas such as rural areas and urban-rural fringe zone. To improve the health literacy of urban and rural residents, there is a need to further establish and improve the working mechanism and system of health literacy monitoring at all levels.
