气管超声引导肺活检术在周围型肺癌中的应用

Application of Tracheal Ultrasound Guided Lung Biopsy in Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的探讨经支气管超声导向鞘引导的经支气管肺活检术在肺周围型肺癌诊断中的应用。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月经胸部CT检查被初步诊断为周围型肺癌的患者200例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。观察组使用经支气管超声导向鞘引导的经支气管肺活检术,对照组使用常规支气管镜技术。根据最终两种技术对疾病及不同分组的诊断率进行对比。结果经支气管超声导向鞘引导的经支气管肺活检术后发现,在肺周围型肺癌的检出率及不同组别的诊断率均高于常规支气管镜技术。结论经支气管超声导向鞘引导的经支气管肺活检术在肺周围型肺癌,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application of transbronchial ultrasound guided sheath-guided transbronchial lung biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral type lung cancer. Methods 200 patients primarily diagnosed with peripheral lung cancer by chest CT from December 2017 to December2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was used transbronchial ultrasound guided sheath-guided transbronchial lung biopsy, the control group was used conventional bronchoscopy. Compare the diagnosis rates of diseases and different groups according to the final two techniques. Results Compared with conventional bronchoscopy, there was higher diagnostic rate and inspection rate of peripheral type lung cancer by transbronchial ultrasound guided sheath-guided transbronchial lung biopsy. Conclusion There is a high clinical value in peripheral lung cancer with transbronchial ultrasound guided sheath-guided transbronchial lung biopsy.
