CPM机对腰椎间盘突出症术后功能康复的影响

Effect of CPM Machine on Functional Rehabilitation After Surgery on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察CPM机对腰椎间盘突出症术后功能康复的影响。方法选取本院2016年10月-2018年3月期间住院行腰椎间盘髓核切除术的腰椎间盘突出患者60例,按照随机数字表编号随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者给予CPM机辅助锻炼结合常规护理,观察术前、术后1周、术后2周两组患者的视觉疼痛(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分。结果两组患者术前的VAS、JOA评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后1周后的VAS、JOA评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CPM机能够显著改善腰椎间盘突出症术后患者疼痛及神经症状,有助于腰椎间盘突出术后康复。

Objective To observe the effect of CPM machine on functional rehabilitation after surgery on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with lumbar intervertebral disc surgery were selected from October 2016 to March 2018 in the hospital, and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30) according to the random number table number. The control group was given routine care. The patients in the observation group were given CPM machine assisted exercise combined with routine nursing. The visual pain(VAS) scores and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluated the treatment score(JOA) of the two groups before surgery, 1 week after surgery, and 2 weeks after surgery were observed. Results Before operation, there was no statistically significant difference in JOA and VAS scores between the two groups(P > 0.05). The VAS and JOA scores of the observation group were significant better than those of the control group 1 week after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The CPM machine can significantly improve the pain and neurological symptoms of patients after surgery on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, which is conducive to the recovery of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after surgery.
