维生素D缺乏与甲状腺疾病相关性的研究综述

Review on the Relationship Between Vitamin D Deficiency and Thyroid Diseases

维生素D是通过维持机体钙磷代谢平衡来调节机体骨与矿物质盐代谢的一类激素。作为一类新免疫调控激素,不仅仅对于机体骨钙代谢起到关键作用之外,还对机体几乎所有组织具有影响。近年来研究发现甲状腺疾病患者体内维生素D激素含量偏低可能参与甲状腺疾病的发生发展,而补充维生素D可能有助于甲状腺疾病的预防和治疗。维生素D缺乏与甲状腺疾病有密切相关性。当前国内外已颇为重视维生素D缺乏与Graves病、桥本甲状腺炎等甲状腺疾病的相关性研究,对其预防、治疗也在作进一步的探索。本文将对维生素D与甲状腺疾病Graves病相关性的研究新进展进行综述。

Vitamin D is a hormone that regulates bone and mineral salt metabolism by maintaining the balance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body. As a new type of immunoregulatory hormone, it not only plays a key role in bone calcium metabolism, but also has an effect on almost all tissues of the body. In recent years, studies have found that low vitamin D hormone content in patients with thyroid diseases may be involved in the occurrence and development of thyroid diseases, and vitamin D supplementation may contribute to the prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases. Vitamin D deficiency is strongly associated with thyroiddisease. Currently, studies on the correlation between vitamin D deficiency and thyroid diseases such as Graves’ disease and hashimoto’s thyroiditis have been paid much attention at home and abroad, and further exploration is being made on the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency. This paper will review the new research progress on the correlation between vitamin D and Graves’ disease of thyroid diseases.
