白内障术后干眼症的临床分析与药物治疗

Clinical Analysis and Drug Treatment of Dry Eye After Cataract Surgery

目的探讨分析白内障手术治疗后干眼症采用药物治疗的临床效果。方法分析2017年6月-2018年10月我院白内障术后患者120例,随机分组,A组患者给予常规治疗;B组在A组用药基础上给予聚乙二醇滴眼液;C组在A组用药基础上给予聚丙烯酸眼胶;D组在A组用药基础上给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液。在术后1个月对患者治疗效果进行评价,在患者术前术后分别评定干眼症状评分、角膜荧光染色评分。结果在治疗30天后四组临床治疗总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05);在手术后B、C、D组的干眼症状评分及角膜荧光染色评分与A组患者比较差异显著(P <0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上联合人工泪眼治疗效果明显,其中玻璃酸钠滴眼液效果治疗效果最佳。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of drug treatment on dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods 120 cases of cataract patients in our hospital were analyzed. Group A was given routine treatment;Group B was given polyethylene glycol eye drops on the basis of group A;Group C was given polyacrylic acid eye drops on the basis of group A;Group D was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of group A. The curative effect was evaluated one month after operation. The dry eye symptom score and corneal fluorescence staining score were evaluated before and after operation. Results After 30 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the four groups was significantly different(P < 0.05);after operation, the dry eye symptom score and corneal fluorescencestaining score in group B, C and D were significantly different from those in group A(P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, combined with artificial tear eye has obvious therapeutic effect, and sodium hyaluronate eye drops has the best therapeutic effect.
