The Effect of Detail Management in Nursing Management of Disinfection Supply Room

目的探讨细节管理应用于消毒供应室护理管理中的效果。方法本院于2018年1月-2019年1月期间针对消毒供应室的护理管理工作实行细节管理,其间创建护理监测小组,培养安全意识,并分析实行细节管理前后医务人员综合满意度与服务意识、差错防范意识及安全问题辨别能力,继而探讨细节和管理之间消毒供应室护理管理的意义。结果开展后回收满意评分、发放满意评分、包装满意评分及服务满意评分均有明显提升,同时服务意识评分、差错防范意识评分及安全问题辨别评分均有明显提升,开展细节管理后各科室人员满意度情况显著高于开展前,P <0.05,具有统计学意义。结论细节管理应用于消毒供应室的护理工作中效果显著,能够建立起严格的工作制度,有效提升护理人员专业技能与医务人员满意度,为医疗安全提供有力保障。

Objective To explore the effect of detail management in nursing management of disinfection supply room. Methods During the period from January 2018 to January 2019, the hospital implemented detailed management of the nursing management work of the disinfection supply room. During this period, a nursing monitoring team was established tocultivate safety awareness, and the comprehensive satisfaction and service awareness of medical staff before and after detailed management were analyzed. Error prevention awareness and ability to identify safety issues, and then explore the significance of detailing and management between disinfection supply room care management. Results In the issuance of a recovery satisfaction ratings,grading,packaging satisfactory score and service satisfaction scores were improved significantly,at the same time service consciousness score, score and error prevention safety issues to identify scores were improved significantly, each department staff satisfaction after detail management is significantly higher than before, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of detail management in the nursing work of disinfection supply room has a significant effect. It can establish a strict working system, effectively improve the professional skills of nursing staff and medical staff satisfaction, and provide strong guarantee for medical safety.
