快速康复外科理念在骨科手术患者优质护理中的应用效果

Application of Fast Rehabilitation Surgery in Quality Nursing of Orthopaedic Surgery Patients

目的探究骨科手术患者优质护理过程中应用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法在2017年5月-2018年10月期间选取104例骨科手术患者作为研究对象,并按照数字表法分为2组,对照组52例患者予以常规护理,试验组52例患者予以快速康复外科理念下的优质护理,并对两组患者护理后的生活质量评分以及住院时间进行比较分析。结果试验组患者情感职能、生理职能、社会职能、健康状况、生理功能、活力、躯体状况与总体健康评分明显比对照组高(P <0.05);试验组患者住院时间少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论骨科手术患者优质护理过程中应用快速康复外科理念的临床效果明显,可缩短住院时间,还有利于生活质量进一步提高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the process of high quality nursing for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery. Methods From May 2017 to October 2018, 104 patients with orthopaedic surgery were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of digital table, 52 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, 52 patients in the experimental group were given high quality nursing under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, and the quality of life score and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of emotional function, physiological function, social function, health status,physiological function, vitality, physical condition and overall health in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the hospitalization time in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the process of high-quality nursing for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery has obvious clinical effect, which can shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life.
