手术室隐私保护在女性截石位手术患者中的应用

Application of Privacy Protection Measures in Operating Room for Female Lithotomy Patients

目的探讨手术室综合性隐私保护在女性截石位手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年4月-2018年4月间在我院急诊手术室行手术治疗的86例女性患者作为研究对象,所有患者手术体位均为截石位,根据护理方式的不同将患者分为观察者与对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予常规手术室护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予综合性隐私保护护理干预,对两组患者隐私保护满意度进行评价。结果观察组患者手术室隐私保护满意度为97.7%,显著高于对照组患者的83.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论加强对女性截石位手术患者的隐私保护护理干预能够进一步提高患者满意度,促进手术的顺利进行,可在手术室护理工作中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive privacy protection in operating room on female lithotomy patients.Methods 86 female patients who underwent surgical treatment in the emergency operating room of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were in lithotomy position. According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine operating room nursing, while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive privacy protection nursing intervention on this basis, and the satisfaction degree of privacy protection of patients in the two groups was evaluated. Results The satisfaction rate of privacy protection in the operating room of the observation group was 97.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.7%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the nursing intervention of privacy protection for female lithotomy patients can further improve patient satisfaction, promote the smooth operation,and can be popularized in the operation room nursing work.
