摘要
采用水热法实现了将氧缺陷引入TiO2,这一方法可使TiO2纳米棒的表面或内部具有均匀分布的缺陷.通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对所得样品进行了表征,XRD结果证明了所合成的样品为纯相且结晶性良好,SEM、TEM显示样品为棒状结构,固体紫外漫反射(DRS)结果证实了氧缺陷的存在,通过光催化产氢效率评价了注入氧缺陷后样品的光催化性能,结果表明具有缺陷的TiO2纳米棒的光催化产氢性能明显提升.
Oxygen defect was introduced into titanium dioxide by hydrothermal method.This method made the surface or interior of titanium dioxide nanorods have uniform distribution defects.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).XRD results showed that the synthesized samples were pure phase and had good crystallinity.SEM and TEM showed that the samples were rod-like structure.Solid ultraviolet diffuse reflectance(DRS) results confirmed the existence of oxygen defects.Oxygen defects were evaluated by photocatalytic hydrogen production efficiency.The photocatalytic performance of the samples,showed that the photocatalytic hydrogen production performance of the defective nanorods was improved significantly.
