摘要
根据资源减量化、重复化和循环化原则,建立资源节约化建设评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型对长江经济带2006-2016年间的资源减量化建设指数、资源重复化建设指数、资源循环化建设指数、资源节约化建设指数的时空分异进行分析,结果显示:资源减量化建设指数热点区域分布于上游地区;资源重复化建设指数、资源循环化建设指数和资源节约化建设指数的热点区域均呈现下游地区集聚分布态势.教育支出指数对下游地区资源节约化建设指数影响最大,人口密度指数、工业占比指数和人均GDP指数对中上游地区资源节约化建设指数影响最大.
According to the reduction,reuse and recycling elements,the resource conservation construction evaluation index system was established,the entropy TOPSIS model was used to evaluate spatial and temporal of the level of resource reduction,the level of resource reuse construction,the level of resource recycling and the level of resource saving construction in the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2006 to 2016.Research shows the hot spot area of the resource reduction construction index is distributed in the upstream areas,the hot spot area of the resource reuse construction index is transformed from distribution of the downstream areas to the upper stream and downstream areas,the hot spot area of the resource recycling construction index is transformed from the distribution of the middle stream and downstream areas to the downstream areas,the hot spot area of the resource saving construction index is transformed from the upstream and downstream areas distribution to the downstream areas.The factors affecting the construction of resource saving are as follows:education expenditure index has the greatest impact on the level of resource saving construction in the downstream areas,population density index,industrial index and per capital GDP index have the greatest impact on resource saving construction level in midstream areas and upstream areas.
