摘要
青岛新机场集疏运道路交通构成复杂,研究采用关联性要素分析法,首先梳理现状胶州湾高速及现状机场运行特征、规划人口岗位、土地利用规划、道路网规划设计方案等十大关联性要素特征,然后分别预测新机场交通、红岛火车站交通、城市组团间交通及对外交通,最后将各类交通合并,运用“四阶段法”构建城市交通模型进行交通分配,评价规划年路网服务水平以指导胶州湾高速拓宽改造,同时还评价了恶劣天气高速封闭情况下的路网运行情况等。
The traffic volume of the Qingdao New Airport is complicated.The relevance factor analysis method is used to sort out the characteristics of the ten major related factors such as the Jiaozhou Bay expressway,the current airport operation characteristics,planning population positions,land usage planning,and road network planning and design.Then forecast New Airport traffic,Hongdao Railway Station traffic,urban group transportation and external traffic separately.Finally,use the"four-stage method"to construct urban traffic models,allocate various types of traffic,evaluate the planned annual road network service level to guide Jiaozhou Bay expressway reconstruction project.At the same time,the study also evaluates operation of the road network when the highway is closed meeting bad weather.
