摘要
绿道是串联城市公共活动的纽带,也是城市品质提升的有效途径。各地均热衷于规划建设城市绿道以提升城市品质、带动城市活力,然而绿道建成的功能与效果普遍较为单一,难以持续吸引客流。该文在全国10多条城市绿道研究分析的基础上,通过使用后评价分析绿道用户的活动特征与需求特点,进而通过用户画像分析找出城市绿道主要的用户画像,即高频健身运动群体、中频休闲娱乐群体及低频交友聚会群体。根据以上三种用户画像潜在的服务设施需求分析,提出对健身运动型用户的绿道优化策略、对休闲娱乐型用户的绿道设计优化策略等,为城市绿道规划设计品质提升提供参考与建议。
Greenway is a belt connecting public activities in city,and an effective way to improve city open space quality as well.Greenway planning and construction is a favorite movement all over the country as to improve urban vitalities and space qualities.However,a quick constructed greenway cannot attract costumers continuously and the style of greenways are repetitive.This article collects over 10 greenways evaluation analysis from different cities,analyzes the normal characteristics and demand of greenway users by using Post-Occupancy Evaluation,finds out three key user personas by using Persona Analysis.The three greenway personas are sport users of high occupancy,leisure users of middle occupancy and party users of low occupancy.Based on these three personas,the strategies of how to improve greenway services around sport users and leisure users are given to guide relative greenway designs.
