摘要 为探索粉煤灰吸附在废润滑油再生中的高附加值利用,单因素实验探讨影响粉煤灰吸附再生废油的主要因素,正交实验得到相对优化的粉煤灰吸附工艺条件。结果表明,该优化工艺条件为:搅拌时间60min,吸附温度90℃,粉煤灰添加量12%,搅拌速率850r/min。并与活性白土吸附处理废油进行对比实验,实验证明粉煤灰再生处理废油的效率与活性白土相近,可作为吸附剂用于废油的吸附再生。 In order to explore the high value-added utilization of flyash adsorption in regenerating waste lubricating oil,there were the single-factor experiments conducted to discuss the main factors affecting the regeneration of waste lubricating oil through flyash adsorption,and the orthogonal experiments were carried out to find out the optimum process conditions,which are as follows:the adsorption time of 60 min,the adsorption temperature of 90℃,the flyash dosage of 12%and the agitation rate of 850 r/min.Under this condition,also a comparative experiment was made to dispose the waste lubricating oil separately through the flyash and activated clay adsorption.The experimental results prove that flyash has a good effect in adsorbing waste lubricating oil with the effect comparable with that through the activated clay.Therefore it can be used as an adsorbent for the adsorption and regeneration of waste lubricating oil.
