论述了脱模剂在压铸生产中的应用及研究进展情况,脱模剂是压铸生产中获得高质量压铸件的关键要素之一,将脱模剂涂覆在压铸模型腔和压室表面,使压铸件顺利的从模具中取出,并保证产品的完整性和后加工性。随着压铸技术的进步和应用范围的不断扩大,对脱模剂的要求也越来越高。从压铸生产初期使用的油基脱模剂到水基脱模剂、粉状脱模剂经历了几十年的发展,技术水平不断提高。目前压铸生产中应用最多的是水基脱模剂,国产水基脱模剂多应用于中低端产品,而高端产品主要被国外品牌垄断。

The application and research progress of release agent in die-casting production are discussed.Die-casting release agent is one of the key factors for obtaining high-quality die-casting parts.In order to make the die-casting parts form smoothly,the release agent is applied to the cavity of the die-casting machine and the surface of the pressure chamber before die-casting.This helps the die-casting parts to be taken out the mold smoothly and the product is kept intact and can be post-processed.With the advancement of die-casting technology and the ever-expanding range of applications,the requirements for release agents are also increasing.From the oil-based release agent used in the initial stage of die-casting production to the water-based release agent and powder release agent,it has undergone several decades of development and the technical level has been continuously improved.At present,the most widely used in die-casting production is water-based release agent.Domestic water-based release agents are mostly used in low-end products,while high-end products are mainly dominated by foreign brands.
