摘要
将金属硫蛋白铜纳米簇的过氧化物酶活性与尿酸酶的催化活性相结合,设计了比色/光度法检测血液样品中尿酸的生物传感平台。方法检测尿酸的线性范围为25.47~750.00μmol/L,检出限7.72μmol/L,相对标准偏差为3.02%~4.62%,在实际血液样品的测定中加标回收率96.34%~105.39%。方法简便易行,能满足实际应用需要。
The peroxidase activity of metallothionein copper nanoclusters was combined with the catalytic activity of uricase to design a biosensing platform for colorimetric/photometric detection of uric acid in blood samples.The linear range of uric acid detection was 25.47~750.00μmol/L with detection limit of 7.72μmol/L.The relative standard deviation ranged from 3.02%~4.62%,and the recovery rate of the actual blood samples was between 96.34%~105.39%.The method is simple and easy to implement,and can meet the needs of practical applications.
