姜黄植物染纤维可纺性能的优化

摘要 文章研究利用机械敲打作用和胰加漂T优良的洗涤和扩散作用,对姜黄植物染纤维进行了表面多余染料颗粒的除杂处理,探究了胰加漂T浓度对颗粒去除的影响。结果表明胰加漂T能有效提高姜黄植物染纤维表面染料颗粒的去除效果,最佳浓度为0.5g/L。用超柔软整理剂对用0.5g/L胰加漂T处理过的纤维进行养生,以优化姜黄植物染纤维的可纺性。试纺结果表明,以上处理有效优化了姜黄植物染纤维的可纺性,且纱线的性能达到要求。 In this paper, the removal of superfluous dye particles on the surface of turmeric dyeing fibers was studied by means of mechanical knocking and good washing and diffusion of Igephon T. The effect of concentration of Igephon T on particle removal was investigated. The results showed that Igephon T can effectively improve the removal of dye particles on the surface of turmeric dyed fibers, the optimum concentration is 0.5 g/L. The curing treatment with super soft finishing agent of the turmeric dyeing fibers treated with 0.5 g/L Igephon T solution was to optimize spinnability of turmeric dyeing fibers. The result showed that the spinnability of turmeric dyed fibers was effectively optimized by the above treatments, and the yarn properties met the requirements.
