辐照监督样品专用切割装置的设计

摘要 针对水-水高能反应堆堆型焊接式辐照监督样品的取样切割需求,在分析原辐照监督样品切割设备结构和原理的基础上,采用水下电火花切割技术,通过自主创新,设计了辐照监督样品专用切割装置.对专用切割装置中的十字旋转移动机构、长柄电火花切割工具进行了分析,并开展了样机试验与验证,确认切割效果良好. In view of the requirements for sampling and cutting of the irradiation surveillance specimen in VVER nuclear power plants and based on the analysis of the structure and principle of the original cutting device for irradiation surveillance specimen,the underwater electric spark cutting technology was adopted to design special cutting device for irradiation surveillance specimen through independent innovation.The cross mechanism for swiveling movement and the electric spark cutting tool with long handle in the special cutting device were analyzed,and the prototype test and verification were carried out to confirm that the cutting performance was sound.
