摘要
柔性导轨作为精密测量仪器中的核心部件,其导向性能直接影响仪器的测量精度.为解决精密测量仪器中导向机构普遍存在的机械耦合问题,设计了一种弧形槽结构的膜片导轨.应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对这一膜片导轨进行了力学特性分析,通过改变膜片导轨的结构参数,得到不同工况下膜片导轨的轴向刚度、径向刚度及应力分布情况,并取径向刚度和轴向刚度之比来衡量膜片导轨的导向性能.通过刚度测试,验证了有限元分析的正确性.
Flexible guideways are the core components of precision measuring instruments,and their guiding performance directly affects the measurement accuracy of the instrument.In order to solve the mechanical coupling issue omnipresent to the guiding mechanism in precision measuring instruments,a diaphragm guideway with curved groove structure was designed.The mechanical properties of this diaphragm guideway were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software.By changing the structural parameters of the diaphragm guideway,the axial stiffness,radial stiffness and stress distribution of the diaphragm guideway under different working conditions were obtained,and the ratio of radial stiffness and axial stiffness was taken to measure the guiding performance of the diaphragm guideway.The correctness of the finite element analysis was verified by the stiffness test.
