摘要
介绍了发动机热管理试验台架,基于这一台架进行稳态工况试验,得到冷却液放热量和发动机各个系统的摩擦功.建立了发动机热管理系统模型,从冷却系统、润滑系统、发动机本体系统,以及各系统的集成等方面对模型进行了分析.基于发动机热管理试验台架和热管理系统模型,对整车新标欧洲循环测试工况进行了模拟分析.
The test rig for engine thermal management was introduced.Based on this rig,the test under steady state of working condition was carried out to obtain the thermal output of the coolant and the friction work of the various systems of the engine.The model of engine thermal management system was established,and the model was analyzed from the aspects of cooling system,lubrication system,engine body system,and integration of each system.Based on the test rig for engine thermal management and the model of engine thermal management system,the simulation analysis of the whole vehicle under working conditions for loop test in new European standard was carried out.
