摘要
为更有效地避免航空维修差错,对航空维修差错模式和成因进行了研究.以技能型航空维修差错为例,利用主成分分析法进行分析,得出影响技能型航空维修差错的四类主要因素.针对这四类主要因素,分别提出维修管理建议,进而提高维修质量,规避飞行风险.
In order to avoid aviation maintenance errors more effectively,the aviation maintenance error modes and causes were studied.Taking the skill-type errors in aviation maintenance as an example,the principal component analysis method was adopted for analyses and four main factors affecting skill-type errors in aviation maintenance were obtained.In response to these four main factors,respective suggestions for maintenance management were proposed to improve maintenance quality and avoid flight risks.
