湖南地区猪源和鸡源沙门氏菌的分离鉴定与耐药性分析 被引量:19

摘要 为了了解湖南地区沙门氏菌的耐药表现和基因分布情况,采集了永州、怀化、长沙等地生猪养殖场、屠宰场的猪肛门拭子样本和鸡盲肠样本进行沙门氏菌分离鉴定,并对分离的沙门氏菌进行16种常见兽用抗生素耐药性检测和血清型分析以及β-内酰胺类耐药基因型分析。结果表明:从300份猪肛门拭子样本和170份鸡盲肠样本中总计分离到沙门氏菌69株,血清凝集试验显示其中鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为优势血清型,69株中的48株为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌;猪源和鸡源沙门氏菌都对四环素、氨苄西林、磺胺异恶唑具有很强的耐药性,耐药率在62%以上,其次为阿莫西林/克拉维酸、氟苯尼考,耐药率在40%左右,未有菌株对乙酰甲喹、安普霉素耐药;多重耐药性结果显示每株菌至少对1种抗生素耐药,最高出现了13重耐药菌株,尚未发现对16种抗生素全部耐药的菌株;β-内酰胺类抗生素常见耐药基因检测结果显示,耐药基因检出率普遍不高,其中BlaCTX-M检出率相对较高,为14.49%(10/69)。这表明湖南省部分地区健康来源动物样品中沙门氏菌检出率相对较高,并有一定的多重耐药情况存在,应保持监测。 300 anal swabs of wine and 170m caecum swabs of chicken were collected respectively from piggery and slaughtering houses in Yongzhou,Huaihua,Changsha,etc of Hunan.Serum agglutination test provided that Salmonella typhimurium was the dominant serotype,48 out of 69 strains fell into the category.16 antibiotics of 9 types were selected to conduct susceptibility test on isolates of Salmonella by broth dilution method.Analysis of antibiotics susceptibility indicated that all isolates of Salmonella were strongly resistant to Tetracycline,Ampicillin,and Sulfamethoxazole,the resistance ratio reached over 62%,followed by the ratio about 40%to Amoxilin(Kravicic acid)and Flurbenicol.There was no strain resistant to Mequindox and Amphotericin.Analysis of multi-drug-resistance showed that each strain was at least resistant to one antibiotic;the highest carried resistance to 16 antibiotics.No strain was drug resistant to all 16 antibiotics.5 pair of primers were synthsized to detectβ-lactamase genes.Results showed:total detection ratio of drug-resistant genes were not high,while detection ratio of Bla CTX-M reached to 14.5%(10/69).Above results demonstrated that Salmonella samples not only had a comparatively high detection ratio from healthy animals in part of Hunan Province,but slso existed a certain degree of multidrug resistance.Therefore,monitoring shoud be maintained.
