炭基复混肥配方对土壤酶和烤烟生理、养分积累及产量的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Carbon-Based Compound Fertilizer Formula on Soil Enzyme Activity and Characteristic of Physiology, Nutrient Accumulation and Yield of Flue-Cured Tobacco

摘要 为筛选适宜配方,通过贵州黄壤田间试验,研究不同炭基复混肥配方处理对土壤酶活和烤烟生理、养分及产量特征的影响。结果表明:随着炭基复混肥配方中生物炭比例的增加,土壤脲酶活性表现为递增趋势;烤烟净光合速率呈递增趋势,钾积累量逐渐升高,增幅为0.3%~10.4%,产量提高。BCF15处理土壤脲酶和硝酸还原酶活性最高;烤烟叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、净光合速率和水分利用率最高,氮和钾积累量最大,分别为7.28和8.15g/株,经济性状表现最突出,产量和产值分别达206.19kg/667m^2和4804.14元/667m^2。上述结果表明,BCF15(N∶P2O5∶K2O=9∶13∶22,生物炭比例为15%)是炭基复混肥较适宜的配方。 In order to screen suitable formulation,the effects of different carbon-based compound fertilizer formulations on soil enzymatic activity,physiological,nutrient and yield characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were studied through field experiments on yellow soil in Guizhou.The results showed that the soil urease activity increased with the increase of the proportion of biochar in the formula of carbon-based compound fertilizer.The net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco showed an increasing trend,and the accumulation of potassium increased gradually,increasing by 0.3%~10.4%,and the yield increased.The activities of urease and nitrate reductase in soil treated with BCF15 were the highest.The chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of fluecured tobacco leaves were the highest,and the accumulation of nitrogen and potassium was the highest,which were 7.28(g/plant)and 8.15(g/plant),respectively.The economic characters were the most prominent.The yield and output value were 3 092.85 kg/hm^2 and 72 062.1 yuan/hm^2,respectively.The results showed that BCF15(N∶P2O5∶K2O=9∶13∶22,biochar ratio 15%)was the most suitable formula for carbon-based compound fertilizer.
