辐照预处理对稻壳生物炭制备的影响

摘要 为探明辐照预处理对稻壳生物炭制备的影响,以稻壳为材料,设置0、200、400、600、800、1000kGy辐照剂量,辐照处理后粉碎过40目筛,然后称取一定量的稻壳粉末置于真空气氛炉600℃烧制生物炭。结果表明:辐照预处理能降低稻壳的粉碎能耗,一定程度上增加稻壳生物炭产率、减少灰分含量。当辐照剂量为1000kGy时,粉碎能耗降为0.5859kW·h,与对照组相比下降27.26%;生物炭产率上升14.40%,生物炭灰分下降8.24%;并且一定的辐照范围能促进稻壳生物炭微孔的均匀形成,促进弱芳香化合物的形成。 To clarify the effect of irradiation pretreatment on preparation of rice husk biochar,0,200,400,600,800 and 1 000 kGy of irradiation doses were adopted in our study.After irradiation pretreatment,the rice husk was smashed into powder less than 0.425mm in size.Then the powder was put into vacuum atmosphere furnace for biochar production at 600℃.The results showed that irradiation pretreatment was contributive to reducing the crushing energy consumption of rice husks and ash content,and to increasing the output of rice husk biochar.When the radiation dose was 1 000 kGy,the crushing energy consumption reduced to 0.585 9 kW·h,27.26%lower than that of the control group,the yield of biochar increased by 14.40%and the ash content decreased by 8.24%.In a certain dosage range,irradiation also promoted the formation of uniform micropores and weak aromatic compounds in rice husk biochar.
