湖南省水稻生产社会化服务体系发展现状调查与思考

Investigation and Consideration on the Current Situation of Rice Production Socialized Service System in Hunan Province

当前我国农业正处于从传统农业向现代农业转型的关键时期,传统小规模分散经营已然不能适应开放现代的市场经济需求,发展健全新型农业社会化服务体系是衔接小农户与现代农业发展的主要途径。2018年湖南省在全省范围内开展了水稻生产社会化服务体系调查评价工作,笔者在此工作基础上,总结归纳了湖南省水稻生产社会化服务体系发展现状,并对当前农业生产社会化服务格局、存在问题及未来发展进行了探索分析。

At present,China's agriculture is in a critical period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Traditional small-scale decentralized management can no longer meet the needs of open and modern market economy.Developing and improving the new agricultural socialized service system is the main way to connect small farmers with modern agricultural development.In 2018,Hunan Province carried out a survey and evaluation of rice production socialization service system in the whole province.On the basis of this work,the author summarized the development status of rice production socialization service system in Hunan Province,and explored and analyzed the current pattern,existing problems and future development of agricultural production socialization service system.
