摘要
五相混合式步进电动机定子绕组之间的互感使得其数学模型复杂,控制难度增大,现有控制策略多忽略互感的影响。在五相混合式步进电动机数学模型中加入互感矩阵,解算出不同主电路下电流纹波与端电压、电感和采样频率之间的关系。从理论上证明了不同主电路下互感对电流纹波的影响程度不同,给出了高精度五相混合式步进电动机驱动系统选择主电路拓扑的依据。通过仿真和实验验证了该理论的正确性。
The mutual inductance between the stator windings of the five-phase hybrid stepper motor makes the mathematical model complex and the control difficulty greatly increases.The existing control strategy mostly ignores the influence of mutual inductance.The mutual inductance matrix was added to the mathematical model of five-phase hybrid stepping motor.The relationship between current ripple,terminal voltage,inductance and sampling frequency in different main circuits was solved.The effect of mutual inductance on current ripple was theoretically proved to be different in different main circuits.The basis of selecting the main circuit topology for the drive system of high-precision five-phase hybrid stepping motor was given.The correctness of the theory was verified by simulation and experiment.
