摘要
某型装备初速测量装置的精度和性能受结构、使用方法、战场环境等多种因素的影响,且长期使用后测速精度不稳定,严重影响射击精度。为了能够确定初速测量装置精度,依据其精度提出相应的初速修正和维修建议,分析了系统设计原理,建立数学模型,分析与计算了初速感应脉冲对宽度误差,设计了发射电路,解决了现有测试技术不能满足初速测量装置在使用阶段的精度检测和初速预测需要的难题。
The accuracy and performance of the initial velocity measurement device of a certain type of equipment are affected by many factors,such as structure,operation method,battlefield environment,etc.The accuracy of velocity measurement after long-term using is unstable,which seriously affects the firing accuracy.In order to determine the accuracy of the initial velocity measurement device,the corresponding initial velocity correction and maintenance suggestions are put forward according to its accuracy.The design principle of the system is analyzed,the mathematical model is established,the width error caused by the initial velocity induction pulse is analyzed and calculated,and the transmitting circuit is designed to detect the initial velocity measurement device accuracy.
