摘要
混合隔振是主动隔振和被动隔振在结构振动控制中的联合应用,可在更宽频的范围内有效隔离振动冲击,提高隔振效能。提出了一种气磁混合隔振装置结构,首先介绍了装置的结构组成;其次对气磁混合隔振装置的结构形式进行设计,包括空气弹簧的数量及布置、电磁作动器的布置以及隔振装置的基座和隔板平台机械结构设计;接着创建了以空气弹簧和电磁作动器并联为整体形式的气磁混合隔振装置模型;最后,阐明了气磁混合隔振装置的原理。
Hybrid vibration isolation is the joint application of active vibration isolation and passive vibration isolation in structural vibration controlling,can effectively isolate vibration shocks in a wider range of frequencies and improve vibration isolation.This paper proposes a structure of gas-magnetic hybrid vibration isolation device.Firstly,introduces the structural composition of the device Secondly,designs the structural form of the gas-magnetic hybrid vibration isolation device,including the number and arrangement of air springs、electromagnetic actuator’s arrangement and mechanical structure design of base and clapboard platform of vibration isolation device,then creates the gas-magnetic hybrid vibration isolation device model in which air spring and electromagnetic actuator are connected in parallel as a whole,Finally,clarifies the principle of this gas-magnetic hybrid vibration isolation device.
