摘要
川渝气田目前已勘探开发至中后期,大都气、水同产,气、液中含 H2S、CO2 等腐蚀介质。在含硫气井的开采过程中,井下管串对控制生产、保护井下系统安全起着非常重要的作用,而含硫气井井下复杂的腐蚀环境会导致井下管串发生严重腐蚀而失效。因此,在气井的正常生产期间,对井下管串腐蚀进行监/检测可以为井下腐蚀控制和安全生产提供数据支持。针对电阻探针法、多臂井径仪+磁测厚仪组合法在川渝气田的实际应用进行了论述,对气井井下腐蚀监/检测技术的组合应用提出了建议。
With the exploitation development of Chuanyu gas field,the period has come to its mid-late stage.It is common that gas and water are produced simultaneously,in which there exists the corrosive medium such as H 2S/CO 2.During the exploitation process in H 2S-containing gas well,the pipe string of downhole plays an important role of controlling production and protecting the safety of the underground tubing system.The complex corrosion environment in downhole can lead to severe corrosion of pipe string,and even cause material failure.Therefore,in the period of normal production,the monitoring and detection of downhole pipe string can provide data support to corrosion control and safe production.This paper focuses on the application of electric resistance probe,multi-arm caliper tool plus magnetic wall thickness gauge in Chuanyu gas field,and provides an advice on combination technology utilized in downhole pipeline in gas well.
