叶面喷施纳米硒硅肥对甘蔗富硒效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以台湾青皮甘蔗为材料,采用大田试验方法,将纳米硒与纳米硅按照不同硒硅配比的叶面肥喷施用于甘蔗叶面,研究不同硒硅配比的叶面肥对甘蔗蔗笋、叶鞘、叶片富硒及长效性的影响。结果表明,叶面硅硒肥明显提高了蔗笋中硒的含量,能够增加甘蔗硒含量。随着硒含量的增加,甘蔗不同部位硒含量增加;随着采集时间的延长,甘蔗不同部位硒含量呈增加趋势;硒在不同部位含量不同,蔗笋>蔗叶>叶鞘。最佳喷施的硒硅配比为1∶1。研究结果为富硒甘蔗蔗笋生产提供一种有效的施肥措施途径。 Field experiments were conducted to investigate the ability of foliar spraying with mixture of nano-Selenium and nano-Silicon to increase Selenium accumulation and translocation in tip,sheath and leave of Taiwan Green-skinned Sugarcane shoots.The results showed that spray treatments significantly increased the Selenium concentration in sugarcane shoots;and with the extension of spraying time,the content of selenium in different parts of sugarcane shoots showed an increasing trend.The content of selenium in different parts were different,tip had a higher ability to accumulate Selenium than sheath and leaf.The optimum spraying ratio of nano-selenium and nano-silicon is 1:1.The results provide an effective fertilization method for selenium-enriched sugarcane shoots production.
