摘要
摇摆式结晶罐是单晶冰糖生产的最关键设备,因其自动化水平低,劳动强度大,人工成本高,且对晶体的破损和质量有较大影响,而结晶完后的出糖方式一直是生产企业亟待解决的重要课题。本文在传统结晶罐结构的基础上,调整了结晶罐出糖方向。在经济可靠可行的原则上,整理和研究出几套更省时省力的出糖方案,并对各方案的优缺点进行评价,为现代化冰糖生产企业提供参考。
Swing crystallizer is the most important equipment for monocrystal rock sugar production.However,the way out of the swing crystallizer after crystallization is always an urgently important problem for enterprises to solve,due to its low automation level,high labor intensity,high labor cost and also the great influence on crystal quality.Based on the traditional structure of swing crystallizer,this paper adjusts the direction of rock sugar output from the crystallizer.In addition,in the principle of economic reliability and feasibility,it studies several schemes of rock sugar output which are more time-saving and labor-saving,and evaluates each scheme,providing a reference for modern rock sugar production enterprises.
