摘要
废轮胎橡胶粉(crumb rubber modifier,CRM)和苯乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)双改性沥青具有很好的路用性能;但它的性能与生产工艺有很大关系。探讨CRM和SBS改性剂沥青生产工艺及性能的优化。研究选用两种沥青,采用不同的剪拌工艺制备双改性沥青,进行60℃动力黏度、135℃布氏黏度、三大指标、动态剪切流变的试验。研究发现:①先加SBS在沥青中剪切再加CRM(SSRM)搅拌双改性沥青的60℃动力黏度最高,抗车辙因子也最好;②通过SSRM工艺制得的4.5%SBS,8%CRM含量的双改性沥青的抗车辙性能优异,60℃动力黏度也远远高于排水路面用改性沥青60℃动力黏度20000Pa·s的要求;③CRM与SBS双改性沥青的60℃动力黏度与三大指标、抗车辙因子有着明显的线性关系,但与135℃布氏黏度没有明显的线性关系。
Crumb rubber modifier(CRM)and SBS double modified asphalt has good pavement performance,but its performance has a lot to do with the production process.The optimization of CRM and SBS modifier asphalt production process and performance were discusses.This study chose two kinds of asphalt were studied,using different shear mixing technology of preparation of modified asphalt,in the 60℃dynamic viscosity,135℃brookfield viscosity,three main indexes,shear rheological experiment.Study found that:①double modified asphalt who adding SBS shear,then adding CRM in asphalt mixing(SSRM)have the highest 60℃dynamic viscosity,the anti-rutting factor is the best;②4.5%SBS and 8%CRM double modified asphalt made by the SSRM process has excellent anti-rutting performance,and the 60℃dynamic viscosity is also much higher than demand 20 000 Pa·s 60℃dynamic viscosity of the modified pavement for the drainage pavement;③the CRM and SBS double modified asphalt 60℃dynamic viscosity have obvious linear relationship between three main indexes,anti-rutting factor,but no obvious linear relationship between 135℃brookfield viscosity.
