高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者对肾功能的临床观察

Clinical observation of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of renal function in patients with uterine fibroids

目的观察子宫肌瘤患者在接受高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗后肾功能的变化情况。方法选择确诊的400例子宫肌瘤患者,利用超声引导的HIFU肿瘤治疗系统对其进行治疗,比较患者治疗前1d和治疗后第1天清晨血尿素、血肌酐的变化。结果400例子宫肌瘤患者HIFU治疗后复查血肌酐未提示急性肾损伤的发生,较治疗前未见明显差异;血尿素较治疗前明显降低(P=0.000),考虑与HIFU治疗前的肠道准备所致的摄入量减少有关。结论通过对子宫肌瘤患者HIFU治疗前、后肾功能的监测表明,HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对患者的肾功能无明显损害,是一种安全的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the changes of renal function in patients with uterine fibroids after receiving high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).Methods A total of 400 patients with uterine fibroids treated with HIFU were retrospectively reviewed.The values of blood urea and serum creatinine 1 day before treatment and 1 day after treatment were compared.Results All patients with uterine fibroids after HIFU treatment did not show the occurrence of acute kidney injury.No patients developed symptoms such as dysuria and oliguria.There was no significant difference in serum creatinine between before and after HIFU treatment.Blood urea was significantly lower than before treatment(P=0.000),which was related to the decrease of intake of intestinal preparation before HIFU treatment.Conclusion HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids has no obvious damage to the renal function of patients,and it is of safe treatment.
