免费开放后电子阅览室的人员管理——以皖北某师范大学图书馆电子阅览室为例

People Management of Electronic Reading Room after Its Free Opening ——Taking the Electronic Reading Room in Huaibei Normal University Library as an Example

免费开放后电子阅览室已经成为图书馆最热门的库室,经常出现一机难求的局面。在现有的条件下,如何确保电子阅览室有序、高效的开放,通过对电子阅览室开放期间的观察与调查,发现读者入库的无序状态和读者获取信息能力的低下以及管理人员的业务能力有限和缺乏主动服务意识是造成出现那一局面的主要原因,并根据实际情况提出了解决方法。

The electronic reading room in the library has become the most favored studying place since it was opened free of charge.Through comprehensive observation and investigation,the author found the readers disorder when entering the reading room and their low ability of acquiring information,limited capacity and inadequate initiative service consciousness of staff are the main reasons for this problem.In order to ensure the orderly and efficient opening of electronic reading rooms,this paper proposed some solutions based on the reality of the situation.
