摘要
以可行性评价为切入点,从政策风险、市场风险、技术风险以及运营风险等四方面因素选取了17项指标,构建新能源汽车市场投放的可行性评价体系,通过基于信息熵的计算方法各类指标的权重,并采用新能源汽车与传统能源汽车对比研究方式,从而评价近期新能源汽车大规模投放物流领域的可行性问题。研究表明:添加燃料便捷性、车辆运行安全性以及燃料成本是影响新能源汽车投放物流领域的关键因素;新能源汽车在目前仅适用于小规模投放物流领域。
Taking feasibility evaluation as an entry point,17 indexes were selected from four aspects,namely policy risk,market risk,technology risk and operation risk.The feasibility evaluation system of new energy vehicle market was constructed,and the weights of various indexes were adopted based on information entropy.The paper adopts the new energy vehicle and the traditional energy vehicle contrast research method to evaluate feasibility problem of recent mass release of new energy vehicle in logistics domain.The research shows that:(1)the convenience of adding fuel,the safety of vehicle operation,and the fuel cost are the key factors that affect the distribution of new energy vehicles;(2)new energy vehicles are currently only suitable for small-scale delivery logistics.
